Established in 1997, Jeevan Jyoti Blood Centre & Components holds the distinction of being Central India’s first blood centre to offer complete component separation. Run under the Jeevan Jyoti Health Care & Research Trust and accredited by NABH, the centre operates under FDA licence (ND/BB/11) and SBTC/RBTC registration (NGP/005), providing whole blood and twenty licensed blood components to hospitals and patients across the region. Component therapy, apheresis services, and a strong preference for NAT-tested blood sit at the centre of how the team works — the goal, every single time, is a unit of blood that is safe, pure, and ready exactly when a patient needs it.
Jeevan Jyoti Health Care & Research Trust (Reg. No. E-1520) is the charitable body behind the blood centre, set up with a broader mandate of strengthening community healthcare through medical services, education and social welfare. Since founding the blood centre in 1997, the Trust has stayed focused on one thread running through all its work: promoting voluntary, non-remunerated blood donation and making sure every patient who needs blood gets it safely and on time.
